MAKE TIME for Exercise & Fitness: Here's How
No time for exercise? Try this.
Write down whatever you feel like you need to do (cooking, cleaning, etc) before you can have "free time."
Then spend the next few hours doing ONLY THAT.
Don't stop to check Facebook.
Don't stop to call your friends (in fact, put your phone on silent.)
Just get the work done.
Afterwards, you'll be amazed HOW MUCH free time you have left in the day.
You are 4-5x LESS effective with the "work 15, break 15" method that people use.
