Day 2: Pullups & Squats | Beginner's Home Workout

This is part two of a home workout series! In this video, I cover easy variations of the pullups and the squats and give goals to hit before moving on to a harder exercise.

On Day 2, we do:
Wall Pullups - 3 Sets of 50
Jackknife Squats - 3 Sets of 40
