HyCal Fitness Course // Introduction // Part 1

This is the first video! I'll be uploading the course videos as I create them. I plan to revise them several times, so it's very important that you comment or message me if you have any questions! I'm super pumped.

The course will cover 5 exercise series that work the whole body:

-Pushups
-Pullups
-Squats
-Leg Lifts
-Bridges

These will work everything from your toes to your eyebrow muscles.

The exercises will be broken down into 10 "steps" of increasing difficulty. For example, "Wall Pushups" will be Step 1 in the Pushup series.

These Steps will make up 3 separate stages:

1.) Therapy
2.) Fitness
3.) Strength

I encourage everyone to start on Step 1. How far and how fast you progress is up to your personal goals.

This system is based on a philosophy called Double Progression Calisthenics. I'll cover this in the next video.
