The Wonderful Day We Adopted Our Cat Piper (December 17, 2021) #shorts

hese are scenes from the first wonderful day we adopted our cat Piper. The best scene was never recorded - when I walked into Pet Supermarket to see if they had any cats for adoption, I saw 3 cats in cages, and Piper reached out a paw. I wish I had a video of that magic, love at first sight, moment. I knew right away she was my cat. In this video I also show the sign that was on her cage. Another funny moment was when we told the clerk we wanted her, she took her and tried to put her in a box. Piper would have none of that! She told us it was a store rule. After unsuccessfully wrestling with Piper for several minutes, the clerk agreed with our suggestion that one of us would carry her out of the store, and the other could carry the box!
