Pepperoni Rolls

Pepperoni, as much as you want.
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Parm/Romano shaker cheese
Melted butter and brush
Thawed Frozen bread dough, loaves or rolls.
if you are using loaves. Divide into 12 equal parts.
Lightly greased cookie sheet
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Take dough ball, flatten center into a bowl. Place shredded cheese and Pepperoni in center of dough bowl, fold over the ends of dough and pinch closed.
Place on cookie sheet, seam side down.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly brown.
Baste with melted butter, and coat with shaker cheese.
Enjoy for breakfast, lunch, dinner, track side, a road trip, or just any snack in-between.
