Baklava Cake | Easy recipe | Flavourful and Tasty

This Baklava Cake recipe has wonderful fragrant and is delightfully light and super moist with a delicate blend of cardamom, saffron and rose essence.

Here are the ingredients:

For the cake: 210 g Plain flour, 1 tsp Baking powder, 3 Tbsp Almond flour, 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder, 3 Eggs, 100 g Sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 100 ml Milk,100 ml Oil, 1 tsp Saffron water .

For the syrup: 200 g Sugar, 100 ml Rose water ,100 ml Water, 1 tsp Saffron water, 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder. Few drops of lemon juice.
