Reduce "Face Fat"

Here are some thoughts on reducing "facial fat."

As far as we currently know, we can't spot reduce fat through exercise.

However, we may be able to "tone" our face by adding some muscle with isometric neck workouts.

Contrary to popular belief, isometrics CAN build muscle.

In addition, your "fat" in your face may come from bloating or swelling.

This may result from low-grade allergic reactions to foods in your diet.

It may also come as a side-effect to some drugs and/or prescription medicines.

There are also some anecdotal herbal remedies that you can try, if you wish.

Chubby cheeks ARE adorable, though. So don't get too carried away pursuing a chiseled face. Learn to love yourself!
