Strengthen the sides of your body with the clutch flag!

Your friends will be amazed! (probably not).

This does require decent upper-body strength to begin learning, so make sure you can do plenty of pushups, pullups, and leg raises before starting.

If you can't do this yet, don't worry, you're still getting stronger with those exercises and you can revisit this when you need to specialize!

The clutch flag is quite a bit easier than the human flag (with the arms extended) so it's highly advisable to master this before approaching the human flag.
