Does God Mess Up?

God has never before acknowledged making mistakes of any kind. However, he is getting pretty old and manure happens.
Here for the first time, God suggests that mistakes might have been made, but they could only have been made in one location and by entry-level personnel.
For cases where mistakes MIGHT have been made, he offers a recall for software maintenance so long as the hardware has not been modified by the end-user.
