Seek and find, another what are those? A great Steam loco and the Ohio Central RR

Well not often I get great weather on my days off, so I decided to take advantage of this one and go on a seek and find, I love those, just never know what your gonna come up with, I came up with some great stuff on this one, went up through Newark, Coshocton and Mt Vernon Ohio. I think you'll see I found some great stuff and caught some great trains, and another what are those, found some kind of tie downs, maybe you know what they are for.. let me know in the comments. and as always, I appreciate every one of you for watching.
