Stuck on Knee Pushups and Can't Do Full Pushups?

If you can do pushups on your knees but not on your toes, try this out!

Three things:

1.) Build up your numbers. Try to get to at least 2 Sets of 25 Repetitions. Slow and steady. 2 seconds down, 1 second pause, and 2 seconds up.

2.) Add a partial ROM movement like the top part of the full pushup. This will get you used to supporting your weight in this position. Go down a third of the way or halfway. Work your way down over time.

3.) ALWAYS finish up your partial ROM sets with a full ROM exercise.

ALTERNATIVELY: You can simply do Incline Pushups on a LOW platform. Start around thigh height and work your way to around shin height. Go for the 20-25 Repetition range. This will get you to full pushups as well.
