I thought it might be helpful to have some of these videos in a compilation. You can see the individual videos as as well as longer versions on my channel.

The whole idea is that with any given exercise, you can find a variation you can do, work it until you're strong enough for a harder one, and repeat.

Some of these videos are from a while ago. Some are back when I filmed with the front camera on my phone. I teach differently now and would probably phrase some things different. I may remake these at some point.
