A look at Hurricane shelter deficits across the state of Florida

At some point this hurricane season, it is likely we will hear authorities encourage citizens in some parts of our communities to seek refuge from a storm… by going to a hurricane shelter. So we wanted to know more about how shelters are chosen, how they operate and if Florida even has enough of them to keep our citizens safe?
