You CAN do deep squats, my friend!

Here are the progressions:

Supine Squats
Goal: 3 Sets of 50

Jackknife Squats
Goal: 3 Sets of 35

Assisted Squats:
Goal: 2-3 Sets of 30

Half Squats
Goal: 2 Sets of 50
