As I've been telling everyone since 2009, you are Spirit, Sentient Energy, that is temporarily imprisoned inside a physical body to be grown larger in size.

This was always done by the original first being halves to grow you in size, but it also made you stronger and develop a little differently.

This caused two serious problems.
One is that the stress put on you while in a body was way too severe, causing everyone to develop "abuse frequencies" within your natural self.
This made you feel a little stronger but no longer allowed you to function in a normal relaxed manner, almost as a human body on massive amounts of steroids while staying confused about most simple things.

Another is that when you finally came together with your one actual Spirit Mate, putting your Spirit and Energies together, your off-spring would already have those abuse frequencies within them, condemning them to a full life of confusion, conflict, aggression, and abuse towards themselves and others.

This is part of the situation which brought about this final life of Arae.
Creation, at least those of us of compassion within it, needed to be cleansed and the abusers removed.
