🇷🇺 Russian military transport aviation celebrates its 91st anniversary

📝 #ThisDay in 1931 as a part of Leningrad military district was formed an airborne unit for transport of troops and cargo - the prototype of the present military transport aviation (MTA).

◽️ Today it performs a wide range of tasks. It consists of 12 types of aircraft including IL-76, An-124 Ruslan, An-22 Antei, An-12, An-26 and others.
