Christian Gospel Theory - Talk 5 - Paul's Epistle to the Hebrews and the Covenants

Talk 5 begins an examination of the apostle Paul's epistle to the Hebrews. Much focus is given to all passages that have anything to say about grace and what the word says it accomplishes with respect to old covenant and new.

As backdrop, possible works of grace mentioned in Hebrews are separated into two categories. For all referrals to grace, is that grace described as producing legal satisfaction or healing?

With respect to healing, it is understood to be the same thing as character transformation. In other words, there is something inherently well about a holy character and something inherently unwell about an unrighteous one.

We examine for both works of grace in the effort to establish the message of Hebrews from that foundational vantage point.
