MOTIVATION IS BULLSH*T!

In this video, we went over how motivation is bullsh*t!

One is like a turbine that is spinning but not picking up any water. If we suspend a spinning turbine without something to grapple onto, the turbine is motivated and excited to do something, but nothing is happening. Unless the turbine gets in water, nothing is accomplished.
