Banglin video glasses - Apple tree a traditional fruit grown in Scotland.
Banglin video glasses with 32GB really produces poor quality photos indoors in daylight, so presumably the video glasses are produced using the least expensive lenses for photos - traditionally film cameras came with 100 films and 200 films. 100 was for outdoors, 200 for indoors. Video glasses are on the market, can be purchased from Amazon but still taking photos and videos is less than straightford - cameras and smartphone cameras are easier to use, but people know you are recording and also people behave differently around video - they can clam up, dislike being filmed have privacy concerns also - actually respecting real people is often better. Everyone being nice, helping others really makes the world a better place.
A low ISO value (e.g. 100 or 200) means low sensitivity to light. This is exactly what's needed in bright conditions in order to avoid overly-exposed photos. A high ISO value (e.g. 800, 1600 or higher) means a high sensitivity to light. A high ISO value is needed in low light conditions such as at night, indoors also, indoor at night too in nightclubs for example, on the dancefloor too.
When shooting during the daytime, shoot at ISO 100. This will keep noise to a minimum and sharpness to a maximum. When at night try to widen your aperture and/or lower your shutter speed before tampering with the ISO. This will reduce noise in your image, which can be particularly problematic at night.
ISO for low light mode - What setting is recommended if you are shooting in low light? It depends on the camera. If you have an entry-level camera, then use ISO 100 and the largest aperture (smallest number). If you have a more advanced camera, you can try ISO 1600 or 3200 without introducing more digital noise and the largest aperture.
