Today, we are jumping into the topic of mental health as we come out of the Memorial Day holiday weekend. It is a very important topic to the two of us and there are many problems that come along with mental health issues of all kinds. We talk about the border and in particular the drugs that are being seized which are being used by those with mental health issues as a way to cope instead of dealing with the underlying problem. We talk about shootings and stabbings and the effect that they play on people and also the kind of people that commit such crimes. We talk about the suicide rates among veterans and adolescents respectively and the mental health issues and everything that leads into those issues and causes them to continue to grow. There is a lot of very good and important information across about this very important topic and hopefully it gets through to someone out there and shared to the world. No one can win the battle with mental health alone.
