Since it was Valentine's Day I decided to do a little project with my wife :D
We upcycled an old chest of drawers that we've had for absolutely ages (and I think it belonged to my wife's father beforehand).
Not sure if it's amazing, but it was fun to do - we like an upcycling project anyway, so we enjoyed doing it.
So we made a little video showing how it can be done - something pretty different to the usual videos I upload but hopefully you'll like it!
Some simple upcycling and craft ideas to freshen up old furniture. It's nice to give your old furniture a makeover.
Also some tips on how to do decoupage, wax and paint using chalk paint. Going for a shabby chic sort of feel I guess.

We use a mouse sander and a screw driver along with the other items covered in the video - pretty straightforward gear really.

Very simple and affordable furniture DIY.
