US Chamber of Commerce, others warn of impracticalities in EU subsidy plan

The organisations' concerns come as European Union governments and parliamentarians prepare to meet this month to consider and perhaps implement the European Commission's proposal, which targets anti-competitive subsidies and was announced last year.
