Yes, it's in the dirty laundry....literally. :-) The act of handwashing our clothing can be a gateway to understanding interdependence, humility and the forces at work within. Let's dive deep into duality to become aware of the non-dual. There's no need to keep these concepts in the head as abstract objects of perception - everything has a real-world application, if we're willing to connect the head to the heart of understanding.
