Felix Müller, an Irishman, served in the South African Police Force between 1968 to 1972. He then left for the Royal Hong Kong Police, and today is a lecturer at the Mahamakut Buddhist University, Thailand, happily married to Napalai. He talks of his time in the Police Forces and other fascinating political subjects. This is the second of two episodes. Indeed, a wonderful fellow that had a rich and rewarding life.
