Restructuring My Company Core Values For 2021 (Studying.com)

When I first started my business a few years ago, I had a small team of 2 or 3 freelancers working with me, mostly VA and editing work.

Fast forward a couple years ahead, and I have over 20 full-time staff helping me with all my businesses, courses and online social media pages.

With this growth, my company values had to realign and change, as my old goals did not fit the new vision of the growing business.
