Today, I’m going to summarize some interesting information on apple cider vinegar that I’ve talked about in the past, and I’m going to share new information about how apple cider vinegar can help you lose belly fat.

One study found significant benefits in reducing visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, triglycerides, cholesterol, body fat, and the waist-to-hip ratio using apple cider vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar can inhibit the expression of specific genes that increase fat production. The acid in apple cider vinegar has also been known to suppress body fat.

Apple cider vinegar helps support stomach acids to help you digest better and supports your blood sugars to help decrease insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is at the core of a slow metabolism.

How to use apple cider vinegar to lose belly fat:
1. Take 1 oz (2 Tbsp or 30 ml) of apple cider vinegar and mix it into an 8 oz glass of water. You can also add lemon juice or a blended lemon and electrolyte powder or liquid stevia to this mixture.

2. Drink this twice a day—once in the morning and once in the evening.

Do this on a regular basis to experience the many benefits of apple cider vinegar for your health and to support weight loss. In roughly 12 weeks, you could potentially lose an extra two to four pounds.

Keep in mind you should avoid apple cider vinegar during a prolonged fast (48+ hours of fasting). You should also avoid apple cider vinegar if you have an ulcer.
