Justin Trudeau the dictator bans handguns from Canadian citizens

Justin Trudeau the dictator of Canada has decided to disarm his citizens and leave them defenseless to the criminals. He thinks that it will help get rid of the black market by increasing penalties which in fact it only increases it by a huge margin.
