Example 4: Does Cattleya dowiana need a repot? Just by looking at the thumbnail, you would probably say no... but, here are more thoughts on how I assess whether an #orchid needs repotting even though I cannot see what is going on in the pot. I cannot see Cattleya dowiana's root system, and she seems to have plenty of space left to grow into the pot, but... how about her history since she has been in my care?
