Tabata 40 seconds of work 15 seconds Rest then move onto the next exercise

1.Yoga pushups
2.Body weight squats
3.bicycle crunch / grab
4. Cross body mountain climber
5.Glute bridge w/ leg extension
6.tricep pushup
7.Superman
8. Plank (L then R)
9.Bird dog
10.Mason twist

After each round take a 30-45 second break and repeat 2-3x times total
