(Dumbbell Only)
1.Single Arm Dumbbell Press
2.Flat Dumbell Chest Press
3.Incline Dumbell Chest Press
Perform
3 working sets
2 warm up sets
Ex. My starting working weigh will be 90 lbs (12 reps set 1) so Im going to warm up 30 lbs light than my first working set
Warm up
Set 1 - 60 lbs DB 15 reps (-30 lbs)
Set 2 - 75 lbs DB 12 reps (-15 lbs)
Working Sets
Set 1 90 lbs 12 reps
Set 2 95 lbs 10 reps
Set 3 100 lbs 8 reps

Shoot for 8-12 reps per set
60 second break between sets*
A few reasons I chose dumbbells over barbell
1. Unilateral movements - help eliminate muscle imbalances which lead to injuries
2. Unilateral movements Increase focus on technique
3. Dumbbells activate the pec more ( you get a deeper range of motion)
