MPU6050 glove orientation problem

Hi, I'm trying to make a mocap glove. It is recording data from the independent gyros, but when I import and assign the values to metarig in blender, the orientation is out of whack and I have tried swapping x with y axis, and/or adding 90 degrees to an axis but I get unexpected results (or I get one axis to work, but break the other axis).
