Neon Shadow Work (Integrating One’s Shadow)

I wanted to share some thoughts on a concept I’ve been developing further. Shadow work typically takes grit, and it is usually seen as a gritty ritual endeavor but it is not always necessary. There can be great joy and great promise in digging up those parts of ourselves down in the shadows.
