What is going on YouTube, happy Friday! Today I want to discuss two important topics that may help you during your fitness journey! The first being intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting has so many health benefits and I enjoy it because it give me structure and a schedule to my eating. I am not a morning eater so it's easy for me to prolong my first meal. I will provide my tips to help you if you have started or if you are thinking about starting. As always speak with your health care provider to make sure intermittent fast is safe for you.

The next topic is something that is personal to me, and that is my hypothyroidism. This is a very common issue and I want to share some of my information. This is going to be one of the last videos revolving around just tips. Next week we are taking it to another level and I am going in depth on a day in the life. I will be showing you guys how I am dieting, how I am training and just overall what I do on a daily basis. It will be exciting, awesome and informative! So please stay tuned.
