Ritsa is a mountain lake of glacial-tectonic origin in the Western Caucasus, in the Gudauta region of Abkhazia.
Lake Ritsa is the most popular holiday destination among tourists, one of the natural wonders of Abkhazia. It is located at an altitude of about 950 meters above sea level and is surrounded on all sides by mountains covered with dense forests.
