Auditor Candidate Willie Turral Runs As Republican, Asks Dems For Votes Due To Open Primary System

Today is day 1 of early voting. Do research before casting your vote. And be aware that a lot of Democrats have been rounded up to help nix out what ACTUAL conservatives would like in THEIR Republican candidate. Be careful not to get DUPED. Here's an example: Willie Turral says he has worked with Republican party for 2 years, even as a video that is less than 2 years old (June 28th, 2020) surfaced that showed him spouting off decidedly NOT conservative views. Well, here he is begging Democrats for votes in the (R) primary.
This actually speaks to a larger issue: this is why people laugh when we call ourselves a "red" state. We have to do better.
Look, there's a difference between a politically neutral person discovering the Republican party and becoming involved, and a politically active (former SC For Ed Beaufort County Group ADMINISTRATOR) leftist deciding to run in a Republican primary and asking Democrats to vote for them in said primary.
There's a big difference between discovering conservative values, and trying to hide your previously held leftist viewpoints in an attempt to become a LEADER in "conservatism."
There is a difference between discovering you are a republican, and what we have seen here over the past few days.
