Next, The Australian Retailers Association cancels secret contract with agency found to be funded by Philip Morris International. NSW Health s warning anyone selling nicotine e-cigs that they could face fines up to $1,100
In the United States, the Vape Mail Ban marches on.
Next… we’ll take a look at the update from the post office.
Oh and the US vape mail ban isn’t the only impact of the omnibus bill defining all vape related products as tobacco products. This also means that the existing laws pertaining to tobacco products will soon be imparted on vape stuff. The first one to do this is the US Army! This story comes from Fort Lee Virginia. The commanding General of Fort Lee, General Rodney D. Fogg, of the Combined Arms Support Command has signed new policy that restricts the use of e-cigs/vaping devices because they are tobacco products! Violation of CASCOM Policy 21-01 will result in punitive action under the Uniform Code of Military Justice as violation of a lawful order!
West Hollywood City Council voted unanimously to ban the sale of flavored tobacco products… well except for flavored tobacco that goes into hookahs…
In West Virginia Senate Bill 68 will increase taxes on e-liquid 1,300 percent to $1 per ml TAX making 120ml bottle will cost you $111 MORE THAN IT COSTS NOW… and the increase is ALL taxes.
