What I learned from the Texas snowpocalypse

I learned a few lessons about this snow/Ice storm that came through Texas. It was also sun freezing weather for several days. Something which has never happened here before. I should have taken the weather warnings more seriously and been more proactive. I could have saved myself a lot of work and expense.
