In today's mindful adventure, we'll go into both the Hindu traditional approach of "Neti-Neti" , and the Jewish mystic tradition (Kabbalistic) approach of "Yesh m'Ain", as meditative methods of realizing the Divine (the True Nature of the Self/No-Self/No-Mind). Both paths are highly effective for the practitioner; there is also the direct path of self-inquiry, which is "pathless" in it's essence. Beyond practice. This isn't to say one is higher than the other, yet - to Know Thyself, is the highest teaching.

Can the perceiver of all perceptions be seen as itself, from a place of no-perception?

I'll also share a few recommendations for the spiritual seeker who explores the various approaches, regardless of background or experience.

All is Self. Consciousness undivided.
