Resident Evil 2 Remake (OBS to VEGAS Pro CQP 14 @ 34,000 Bit Rate)

Testing out a new OBS recording setting, CQP at 14, then re-encoding and rendering out using MAGIX Vegas Pro 18 at 1440p 60fps at 34,000 Bit Rate. Hoping this looks better then the previous video. Though "Handbreak" can be useful for some videos file sizes, I found that there is just too much artifacts or blocky like compression within the videos.
