How To Tear Watercolor Paper: Watch this before buying a watercolor pad!

Cotton watercolour paper can be costly for beginners and when you're starting out, the easiest thing to do is to buy a pre-cut pad of watercolour paper. Often the paper contained is not of high quality or is overpriced. In this short video, I'll show you an economical way to source your watercolour paper and be able to paint on top quality papers. It's very simple and only takes a few minutes to create a stack of 4, 8 or 16 smaller sheets from a single full sheet.

I'm using Saunders Waterford Rough paper for this video. A full imperial sheet of this costs approx $10 AUD in Melbourne.
