Workhorse is dead?!!? No USPS contract (What do we do with our shares?)

Workhorse Stock is down over 50% overall after crashing on news that they did NOT win the USPS Contract.

This was a major catalyst for WKHS Stock where they could have won a multi-billion dollar deal with USPS. It's now official that Oshkosh has won the contract. What does this mean for WKHS Stock? Should we sell WKHS Stock? Should we buy the dip on Workhorse? I share my thoughts on this.
