Traitor-Dev 10 | Trash Task

Added a single new feature this time around. A new trash bin task. You can place trash nodes and people can pick them up, only a single at a time though, and place them in the rubbish bin to earn some XP. The junk will reappear with a node timer. It's not much, but it's another way to earn XP and looks less out of place than futuristic engines in levels that aren't sci-fi themed.
