There are a few different styles and variations of gnocchi out there but this one is so easy and smart! This old rustic style of gnocchi is so easy to make and a favorite to enjoy! It's a fantastic way to use day-old bread to make a savory dish that will not only fill you up without draining your wallet, but will also go a very long way to serve plenty of guests. Serve with your favorite sauces or use it in the place of traditional dumplings in chicken and dumplings. You can even stir it in a pan of warm brown butter and make a super simple heart-warming and soul-pleasing dish!
