People ask me all the time "what do you eat when you're vegan?" Short answer - ANYTHING I WANT! Today I riff on a buffalo cauliflower recipe my buddy made one day. Tell me what you think! What's your favorite food, have you ever tried making a vegan version?

Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe:

Cauliflower
1 cup flour
1/2 cup almond milk
3 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp of paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 cup Frank's red hot sauce
1 TBSP vegan butter

Mix your dry ingredients together in a large bowl and then add your wet. Mix it until the consistency is good with no lumps. After prepping the cauliflower into "wing" size pieces coat them in your batter. Preheat the oven to 425 and then bake them for 20 minutes. While waiting simmer your Frank's red hot in a saucepan and add the butter slowly melting and mixing it in, then take it off the heat. When the cauliflower is done baking take them out and coat them in the sauce. Bake again for another 15-20min. Serve and ENJOY!!!
