RECURRING DREAM OF HIDDEN ECONOMIC NUMBERS -US DOLLAR DEVALUED BY 100X ?

I've had this recurring dream about the US economy.

Part 1 I see this huge number, probably the US debt, something to do with the dollar. The two left figures become hidden, I hear "they are not being counted" It may be deliberate, or ignored, I can't tell. So the number is smaller by a factor of 100.

Part 2 Joe Biden is trying to take action to stop the economic crisis. He injects the two decimal places into the figure and it is now 100 times bigger than everyone thought it was. It can also meant the US dollar is 100 times smaller - 1 cent on the dollar.
