In April 1970, 20-30 sticks of dynamite exploded in the Louisiana Senate Chambers. Another bomb at the Baton Rouge Country Club exploded just moments before. A mysterious black arrow with a note arrived at the Morning Advocate Building. This Louisiana History Minute tells the story of the bomb that rocked the state capitol building and had Baton Rouge on edge.
