Russian forces FLEE as Ukrainian bombs explode around their military positions in Mykolaiv & Kherson
Ukrainian footage shows 'Russian military equipment being destroyed by Ukrainian forces' near the southern cities of Mykolaiv and Kherson.

The footage appears to show Russian military forces being destroyed by Ukrainian firepower, with large plumes of dark grey smoke rising into the air as they are hit in open fields.

Some military vehicles can be seen attempting to flee as explosions place around them. The footage appears to show at least some of the fleeing vehicles being hit, with a plume of black smoke then rising into the air. Another military vehicle can be seen attempting to drive away from the scene as the footage ends.

The images were obtained from the Ukrainian Armed Forces' 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade, who said: "The artillery war continues, the 28th brigade chases and burns the occupiers' equipment on the landings of Kherson and Mykolayiv regions. Escaping conquerors flee our land."

They added: "Kherson hold on, we're close!"
