This report shows and discusses the 4+4=8 Observation and Discussion by first showing and discussing the observable code found in the recent Uvalde Texas Robb Elementary School shooting where 19 children and 2 adults were shot and killed by an alleged 18 yr old shooter named Salvador Ramos. This new shooting code will be shown to be related to the code found on the ONE Dollar bill and other code found over many years involving the Temple of Kukulkan in Chitzen Itza Mexico and how it shows a direct link to the 9-23 group seeking to control the entire planet..
