Curiously Exploring Empathy

Empathy is one of those qualities that makes us profoundly human, and yet that is an area where we often fail. We try our best to connect, understand but so often we miss the mark. Empathy is more than just the ability to be connected to people’s emotions. It’s one of the most important interpersonal skills. So why do we miss the cues and why do we make assumptions that lead us to couples splitting up, employees resigning, friendships falling apart, mostly because we are human.
