How to train with a rifle 3. Retired Special Forces Jeff Gurwitch demonstrates a 15rd drill that incorporates shooting and moving. Here I use a AR15 (M4 clone), ATI Galeo and FERFRANS AR15. Par times: 9 seconds and 7 seconds.
